Thank you so much for selling my house. If not for you it would have sold on the courthouse stairs and I would have been liable for the rest. I owed $105,000 and you negotiated a $24,000 sale with the mortgage company. Now I'm free and don't owe a dime. I would have had to file for bankruptcy. I am very grateful.
